The way we order is via a Just In Time process. Typically from when the order is confirmed and a deposit taken there is a wait time of 6 weeks. We will always do whatever we can to expedite delivery however this ordering process is at the heart of our value driven business. We cut out the need for warehousing which in turn saves money.

As long as we can find a buyer we will always do our best to offer a full refund as we know circumstances often change. The refund will be made once the purchase has been paid by a new customer. This only applies to cancellations prior to delivery on new items. For used items we have an extensive list of buyers with limited funds & we also appreciate the kindness of donations of used equipment. Donation equipment is given to those in financial hardship.

 Our Beds and Patient hoist come with a 1 year warranty. The foldable Electric wheelchair comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Extended warranties are available for purchase for peace of mind. An additional 2 year warranty will cost $99 for 1 item, $180 for 2 items and $230 for 3 items. The extended warranty will bring the coverage to 3 years.

My elderly dad has the same form of ALS that Steven Hewkings suffered from. It’s a very slow form and I have watched him progressively waste away. It’s so heartbreaking without the added pressure of trying to find a way to keep him in the home. I found it so disappointing that business owners see this desperation as a way to make a quick buck. I just wanted to bring compassion into the business of aged and disability care.

Our disability equipment is sold at cost plus shipping and handling fees plus taxes. There is a small margin on top to facilitate the service. We run our business as a compassionate model of business. We do it because we care.

We source all our care equipment from only reputable manufacturers using quality components. Our electric hospital bed incorporates a well known and respected Danish motor & our manufacturers stock hospitals worldwide.
