Delivery is 4 to 6 weeks from the time an order placed. We will regularly update you if delays are likely.
Currently we deliver to a list of cities in Australia and the USA with low set delivery charges. You can find out more on our freight page. We can arrange delivery to most other locations however it’s important to keep in mind that delivery charges are dependant on distance from our warehouse. We have established a good business relationship with our freight partner & can pass on freight discounts.
Our goal is to offer used equipment at an even greater discount in the future. At this stage as we are starting out we do not have an offering of used equipment.
My dad developed a rare form of motor neurone disease in his 70’s called Primary Lateral Sclerosis. We watched his slow deterioration to the point where he was permanently confined to his bed. Trying to find quality equipment had me discouraged. It seemed that the industry is completely dominated by people seeking big profits above compassion. So the idea was bourne.
We will do our best to accommodate full refunds upon cancellation. Generally we have no problems finding another customer to purchase the cancelled item as our products are in high demand.
